Whipple Observatory

Also known as the MMT or Multi-Mirror Telescope, the Whipple Observatory is one of the largest telescopes in North America.  We took the tour up to the top of the mountain on a bus. The telescopes are all located on top of the mountain next to sleeping quarters where the nerds er I mean Astrologists sleep during the day.. :)

We had a nice picnic lunch and a fun time was had by all.
